I authorize Hensel Phelps Construction Co. and its agents (the “Company”) to photograph, capture, and record my name, image, likeness, voice, biographical material and oral and written statements (my "Likeness”) by means of any available technology and to use or distribute any part of my Likeness made by or on behalf of Company and in any form or medium now known or later developed (the "Materials"), in connection with marketing and informational material or for any other lawful purpose for the Company. I acknowledge that the Company is the sole owner of all rights in and to any exploitation of the Materials, and that the Company has the right to edit, use, duplicate, display, perform, distribute or license the Materials. As such, I relinquish all right, title and interest I may have in and to the finished Materials and any reproductions and copies thereof and I waive any right to inspect or approve any of the Materials. I also give Company permission to register the copyright in the Materials and use in original or altered form. I further release the Company from any and all liability associated with my Likeness or the Company’s use of my Likeness in the Materials and agree that I will not be entitled to receive any proceeds from the Company related to my Likeness or the Materials. I understand that my decision to grant the Company the right to use my Likeness and release the Company from any and all claims related thereto will have no impact on my employment with the Company. I have read this release and I understand and am fully aware of its contents.
